ReplyFast provides missed-call and enquiry text-back for your business: automatic SMS to people who contact you, urgency flags, and a simple lead list. Features during a free pilot may be limited (including dry-run / demo mode that does not send real SMS).
For callers and website enquirers, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process phone numbers, names and messages only to provide ReplyFast for you, as described in the privacy notice.

A longer DPA can replace this clause if you need one.
Outbound SMS is charged by the provider. The monthly fee includes a fair-use bundle; heavy use may need a top-up or plan change, which we will flag before charging extra where practical.
You keep your business name, branding and customer relationships. We keep the ReplyFast software, docs and branding. You get a limited licence to use the service while subscribed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or indirect loss, and our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or £29 if you are still on a free pilot).
Either party can cancel with effect at the end of the current paid month (or immediately during a free pilot). We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
